The most important decision in all health matters is for you to assume total responsibility for your fitness and realize, as stated earlier, that you have the greatest vested interest in your health. Don’t give away your power to anyone.
Your Health Is Not a Spectator Sport where you can sit back in a lawn chair sipping a mint julep waiting for the fitness protocol you bought on the Internet to take your body back to your “good old days” fit and form. Unless there is reasonable motivation for providing a diet for you of the best, safe, most nutritious food, a personalized fitness program and a powerful “wellness” protocol no one else is going to do it for you.
Exercising “self-control” is often times a losing battle. Most people, when first setting their fitness goals tend to “over imagine” what they want to accomplish in such a short period of time that their resolve usually falls away after the third day. It’s hard to stay motivated without “cheating” your over zealous imagination which has actually put you in a no-win situation.
Here is, however, what I mean by cheating. What you do is stack the deck in your favor. When you first write your goal for fitness and exercise, cut the effort in your imagination in half then take advantage of The Guardian Code system of “daydreaming” the results of your intended actions. This reminder will keep you motivated. Also, at the end of every day report your achievement in your daily journal entry.
Continuing to focus totally on the outcome of the healthy, energetic, fit body you desire will keep you motivated and blow away discouragement until you see it encouraging success and have developed the habit of actually enjoying your chosen fitness program.
And guess what you will have just graphically experienced the actual intentional motivation and achievement from having applied The Guardian Code Formula to a very important success in your life.
So, Your Fitness Health Is Not a Spectator Sport, but it is the stewardship and care of a gift, greatest of all, your magnificent body.
