“The Guardian Code teaches that our Self-image is the blueprint for the world we create for ourselves. We literally project it onto “the screen of life” for the entire world to see. So, as surely as day follows night, Self-image is either your biggest problem or your most important asset. It all depends upon what you see when you look in the mirror. So what happens when you do look into the mirror? If you’re like practically everyone else, you’re carrying on a running mental conversation with yourself. (It’s called ‘self-talk’ in psychological circles.)
That conversation primarily involves two areas: 1) the image that we have of ourselves; 2) the image of ourselves that we project to others. And the Conversation goes something like this: “Who am I? Am I who I think I am or am I who you think I am? Or am I who I think you think I am? This is a conversation most of us have but probably shouldn’t, because if you study the habits and patterns of truly successful people, they almost never worry about what other people think about them. And they don’t make comparisons (Remember: Confucius said: “Comparisons Are Odious.” And he was right.)
So the rule applies: “The picture that I paint of who I am to myself is the image I will project to the rest of the world. The picture that I paint of who I am will be based directly upon how much or how little I like myself.
So, all of the rest of the subjects covered, in the “A Better You” section, will directly relate to the application of the Guardian Code in your life to remove what you don’t want and replace it with what you do want to “see” in the image you create of your self.
So in the future when you say to yourself “The Image I Deserve to See, Is All That I Can Choose to Be”, you will know that you “deserve” to see unlimited abundance, happiness and success for your future.
Until next time, may you have the peaceful and charmed life that you deserve.
